Genuine Cuban sandwich is sliced across the vertical with a filling of roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickles, mustard and majo, a garlicky vinegar sauce. You don't have to travel to Miami to find the nearest.

Drink it with a tacita. It's a tiny cup of terrifically strong coffee with thick foam on top. A cortadito has two-thirds milk added.
