Hot sauce

Even some gourmet diners are prepared to wreck their taste buds with lashings of hot sauce. It's addictive. One of the most popular is the Vietnamese Sriracha sauce in the see-through plastic bottle with the green top, found on most Pho restaurant tables.

Those who used to head for supplies from Uncle Brutha’s Hot Sauce Emporium, 323 Seventh St SE will find it gone. But don't despair - the sauces made unde his label are now available at Hill's Kitchen.

    But you can still get the Brutha sauce at Hill's Kitchen and other local emporiums.
