Milk versus spinach - which has more calcium?
Milk is stuffed with calcium. So is spinach. You hate both. Or love both...But which delivers the most calcium?
One pint of skimmed milk contains 704mg of calcium.
To consume 693 mg of calcium through spinach, you'd have to eat nine 2 1/2 ounce servings.

Funny. I've been looking into my protein consumption since I'm a vegetarian. It turns out any food product of animal origin such as dairy is a great source of protein while all the other sources such as beans, nuts, and whole grains contain much smaller amounts. Kind of like with calcium.
