With Bobby Flay” who will both speak on “What Really Goes on Behind the Scenes of TV Chef Competitions”. And attend seminars led by James Beard Award winning author Aliza Green, Najmieh Batmanglij, local Persian cooking expert and cookbook author, and Joe Yonan, Washington Post Food Editor.
